Making

I have made small-scale artworks since childhood. Making things - especially small or tiny things, gives me Gulliver-sized pleasure. Though I work mostly in paper/paper-mache and paper clay, I also love creating junk jewellery, upcycled cloth dolls and painting on all manner of surfaces. Over the years I have had crushes on making series of items such as ‘paper shoes’, ‘cicadas’ and little ‘leaf books’. Little books are one of my great passions..
