Skye's the Limit goes international

As of November, 2008, Skye's The Limit is exporting to France and Italy. We have begun exporting in a small way, following up on enquiries from Australian-based fans with outlets in Europe. We hope our 'house of cards' will soon be finding fans in other European countries. Stay tuned! Our new age number range - 'Linen'

Our new 'Linen' range has been inspired by some lovely Irish linen we had lying around. It was also an attempt to create some restrained and hopefully classy age number cards to counter the garish images so often on offer. We'd like to receive these, and hope you would, too!

New range of cards - 'Mama was a beauty'

'Mama was a beauty' is a range inspired by my mother. A model in her late teens and early 20's, I wanted to honour her by using the images from her youth. The highly decorative style is reminiscent of the way she brought us up...florals and patterns and design and colour everywhere. She also has part Chinese heritage so I wanted to use subtle Asian patterns and rich, strong colours to enhance this aspect.

We are releasing 7 unique designs for wraps in August, 2008. Tying in with a variety of ranges – including 3 Christmas designs, the wraps make a real statement. New 'cartograph' range

Skye’s the limit has produced a small new range called ‘cartograph’, based on maps of the world. We loved how the text and images worked together so pleasingly with the oval shape of the die-cut. The cards come on beautiful heavy weight textured card stock, 120x120 mm, with contrasting pastel textured envelope at 130mm. The look is unique and truly eye-catching. The range can also be bought as die-cut tags.

Great Success at GHA Fair for Skye's the Limit

We were quite overwhelmed by the fabulous response from retailers at the recent GHA trade fair in Sydney. Retailers were keen to express their enthusiasm for the style and unique look of our designs. 'A breath of fresh air', 'different', 'beautiful' and 'Where have you been all this time?', were phrases that some bandied about, which thrilled us, of course. New website launched

In January 2008, we decided to launch this website specifically for our stationery and gift items. This is to keep things simple for retailers and those interested in viewing Skye's published card ranges. Skye Rogers' other work - illustration, design and information about her writing projects, will now be gathered under the banner of skyerogers.com.
