This is both a wholesale and retail website. For wholesale customers, We will process your order and add shipping costs when we have it ready to go.

For Wholesale online ordering - click on the WHOLESALE ACCESS link and complete the application form.

For direct personal shoppers, our rates are a flat $10 for orders up to $150, over that we will ship your order for free (using Australia Post unless otherwise specified). These prices are only for shipping within Australia, for direct sales from the site. Please enquire for separate charges for overseas.

For first time wholesale customers, we will need your ABN as well as observing below.

■ First order pro forma.
■ Minimum order AU$150.00
■ Please use minimum order quantities shown on pricelist.
■ We use Australia Post and/or Fastway for Australia-wide orders. We will add the freight cost to your order.
■ No sale or return – seasonal products will be replaced with same-value items.
*If you order within 2 weeks of applying online for access, we will give you a 5% discount on your order, excluding freight. Please mention the discount when putting in your order.

Delivery after a trade fair will take 2-3 weeks - we do February in Sydney and August in Melbourne. Shorter turn-around times usually expected at other times of the year.
